Intention

Smudge sticks are made from sacred herbs and used to clear energy in people, spaces and even tools like crystals and candles. The smoke of the holy herb clears energy and creates an aura of protection. We also love using it whenever we feel low or out of sorts and to give thanks. Sage purifies, cleanses, and clears negative energy in people and spaces.

How to Use

Light the end of the stick, holding it at the base and allowing it to burn for 20 seconds. Then blow out the flame and slowly walk around your space as the smoke arises. Remember to open a window or door to allow the negative energy to leave. Allow it to cool on a plate.
